We came across your company on the internet when i was seraching for solution companies. our client is seeking to implement a simple, user friendly virtual library with unlimited users as we believe that more that 1,000 people will have access to it. The elibrery must have regular up to date journals, newspaper articles, index and dissertations, books and book reviews, bibliographics and bibliographies, encyclopedias, directories and dictionaries, pamphlets and acts of parliaments etc. We are also looking for a virtual library with binary (digitized) database which will be updated regularly with publications from local and international publishers and organisations. Topics of interest will include but not limited to corruption, investigation, criminal law and justice, governance, bribery, politics, election, management, research statistics, health care delivery, accounting and finance, auditing, administration, public enlightenment, education, intelligence gathering etc. Journals from the following renown institutions and associations would be subscribed to regularly electronically. They are Harvard university, center for african legal studies, international bar association, Nigeria bar association, Nigeria law reports, international association for criminal law and criminology, American legal system etc. Please note that we will be interested in the following: 1. populating the virtual library with about 100,000 digital books, articles, law reviews, judgements etc 2. digitization and electronic document management of about 1 million pages of existing physical documents on the shelves of the agency's library. Also note that our client is in the judiciary sector and is interested in using this system to create efficiency in their operations in such a way that the agency's investigators and lawyers can access the virtual library from the field or courtroom to download relevant materials. the agency also have offices in 36 states in Nigeria and all the officials in these offices should have access to the system. We will appreciate if you can give us your commercial proposal for implementation and training within a few days. Thank you For: Intermarc Consulting Patrick Ejiogu Senior Consultant |
